      In GxPeople I found a very human environment. Everyone is open to help you to succeed and to support you. One of the main advantages is the possibility to work very closely with experienced consultant with high knowledge of the industry, that's why during my experience here I've developed as a consultant and a professional. You can find a very flexible working environment, where everyone is highly trusted and work-life balance is a priority.

      Cons

      A remote environment is not for everyone and brings some challenges. It's very important to find a routine and a balance. On the other hand, it's an opportunity of highly develop skills as time management and organization.
