Pros

You'll get some good stories to share with people in the future about your awful experience working here.

Cons

-Terrible management. The owners are husband and wife and constantly argue (yell, curse, slam doors) with one another before taking it out on their employees. -Their products are horrible, constantly failing, and they will do anything to get out of honoring a warranty. -Stressful work environment. Definitely not worth the small paycheck you get. -Extremely high turnover, for obvious reasons.

Pros

The interview process will lead you to believe you will have any l8md of control over a currently unstable and failing situation. But that's not accurate. Despite having all this. "successful experience", the leadership cannot get any kind of results so be prepared to be held responsible for those failures. Don't ask questions or you'll either get a 2 hour confusing explanation (then in trouble for wasting the 2 hours) or youll be told how everyone is too busy to answer a question you shouldn't ask at all.

Cons

The executive and operations management team are so funny. The Customer Service Manager has to (during their first week by the way) start responding to the countless lawsuits and litigation this company is involved in. You'll use your personal cell phone because Gxi doesn't have phones. You'll sit at a folding card or picnic table because someone years ago lost paperwork in a drawer so (And this really says everything you need to know about the train wreck this company is) the solution was to not allow any drawers of any kind at all in the office. Be prepared to take on assignments of disputing services the owners had at their home in addition to professional duties. Seriously this place has nothing to offer. You'll see.

Unfortunately, this employee did not work out. He was hired to be the customer service manager but only last 2 weeks. This position requires a manager that has the discipline to come into work on time and set a good example for employees, have the ability to learn the products, and learn our our systems and processes. We are still seeking smart and motivated individuals to join our team. This is challenging and rewarding position for people that are articulate with customers, understands how out door power equipment works, have a mechanical aptitude, and are driven. If you would like to join our team, please reach out to customerservice@gxioutdoorpower.com

Pros

Nothing. Not a single thing was good about this experience.

Cons

Owners are horrible human beings. Miserable, pathetic excuses people. Products are knowingly pieces of trash. This company peddles products they know aren't any good at all.
