Free food, that’s pretty much the only pro.

Cons

Condescending management, wanted to hire a housekeeper not someone with education. Constant emails to clean up after people and clean the kitchen. Be prepared to be a housekeeper if you are hired at the receptionist. Absolutely no room for growth and that is made clear when you are hired. No diversity within the firm. No work life balance.

Co-workers support each other. There is no competition; those that work hard are rewarded for their effort. The Management and Senior leadership create and support a positive culture. They invest in their employees
