      1. Worst leave policies system ever, only 10 leaves are credited when you joined. 2. HR policies are not strong so don't consider you are capable to give feedback of your team or manager. 3. If you are doing great, still don't expect an appraisal for yourself, as people who are elder in Gaana will resign and get retained to increase their package because they will never let you built dependency. 4. People here who are old enough to feel insecure with competition and will do everything to screw your career. 5. f you an ITi'an don't expect good work and if you are from other college don't expect a respectful hike. 6. White-collar slavery is promoted. 7. They will say we have flexibility whereas they will count your hours and will force you to work for maximum hours.
