      Pros

      Lots of training available to make sure everyone on the same page. Plentiful materials, beautiful building, fully stocked snack & drink fridge for employees. Some busy times, but reasonable workload. Great insurance!

      Cons

      Sometimes lack of work could get boring. High turnover. Pay was low compared to other firms.

      - All attorneys are collaborative, friendly, and are willing to share their expertise on any given topic. - Co-workers are respectful, honest, and professional. - Culture is as advertised: GG is big on professional excellence, collaboration, integrity, and innovation. - The perks are just as good as the actual benefits; there are so many professional development opportunities at this firm. - Very little turnover here.

      Cons

      Some paralegals and legal assistants report burnout, but this is managed well by firm leadership.
