      Though it has a poor culture, you could have a Work-life balance since they don't have many projects.

      Cons

      the company culture has been a huge disappointment. There’s a noticeable lack of transparency in decision-making, and communication is often unclear or absent. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment.
