burnout guaranteed. bad organization too many meetings not leaving any time to do actual work and advance on the projects you're supposed to hit certain deadlines for a lot of pressure for 0 money management not treating employees right (example: getting yelled at during a meeting in front of the whole team just for mentioning - on demand by management - that you want to take a different career path after your contract ends, exact words "you'll never make it anyway")
