      decent shop, good work life balance

      relatively laid back environment for PE = good relative work life balance for some roles. investments team is solid

      Cons

      syndicator without a lot of scalable systems so that creates some work some may find menial that you wouldn't find at a larger shop. small team means you won't get much camaraderie in a junior role.
