Pros

can't think of anything that is positive in this Toxic company

Cons

out of touch with current SaaS sales. c-suite have no strategy and expects a 10 min cold call to produce the required quality for a full product demo. Unprofessional HR who communicates outside of working hours. Misleading GTM, makes it seem like they work with great brands but in fact it's the Agency part of the company that work with companies that work with big brands (these brands have no idea who Socially recruited are) Everything is based around metrics (spray and pray) followed by show up and throw up approach. Extremely basic qualification, no real ICP, no real strategy, no real leadership from top down including Founder Gareth (very outdated). If you are are looking for a company where making 100 calls a day is the main focus, using the same pitch deck for all prospects, do a full demo with next to no qualification, work with outdated founder / leaders, and have to do your demo prep outside working hours then this is the place for you. If however, you prefer a more strategic, professional approach and use qualification like MEDDICC save yourself the time and keep looking

Pros

Excellent company culture and atmosphere. We can all sense that the company is getting bigger and bigger, which makes us all work hard to contribute to this success. A very exiting time to be here with lots of opportunities ahead of all of us which is encouraged by the owners and management team. Free thinking and innovation is encouraged always, and new ideas are always welcomed, discussed and implemented to see if they work for the business. I particularly like the quarterly company meetings which sees new ideas be launched each time. Incentives and celebrating success is a big bonus here, and you feel like a very valued member of the team at all times, even when the going gets tough at times!

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.

Pros

Can't think of any sadly.

Cons

Management is very toxic and racist. Don't be fooled by how "outgoing" and "fun" they may advertise the role to be. Salaries are way below the market rate. Progression is very slow and political.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our business. The comments made on this review are taken seriously, especially as we run this business with a zero-tolerance policy regarding racism. If you are still working with Socially Recruited, we urge you to speak to your line manager or directly with one of the founders so any issues can be addressed immediately. Regarding your other comments, our salaries are regularly benchmarked against industry standards and are competitive in our market. Also, we constantly invest in the development of our people and we have been able to offer progression opportunities with the growth of our business. For example, 3 out of 4 of our senior leadership team have progressed into these roles from within. We regularly promote across our diverse organisation to reward performance, living our values and dedication.
