Pros

For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful if they could help out. If you're on the business side of things I'd say this might be an ok stepping stone, and you may get to travel often. The CEO actually made conversation and seemed very kind and the receptionist was very friendly and nice to talk to as well. If you want to stay in the same field, in the same place forever, Gail & Rice is for you.

Cons

Chances are if you are under the age of 40 and had any design orientated education, you will know more than anyone here ranging from aesthetics to how to export a pdf. Often you will run into situations where nobody knows what RGB/CMYK or what DPI are. I also had issues with a former coworker being very disrespectful and racist, though she has since been let go.

Pros

Very Caring, understanding staff. I've always dealt with Sarah, she's Awesome! Always made me feel like I mattered and that I was more then just a Brand Model, like I was apart of the team. They have always paid on time and rapidly from my experience. I would recommend working with them for any event.

Cons

I tried to share my post and they said I have to list at least 5 cons, but I don't have any. So I'm just typing until I reach 20 words because that is the minimum. Ha. No seriously it's all true, I do not have any cons for this company itself, Love It!

Pros

They show they are concerned about their employees as well as consumers. Compensation is very fair and over all great company to work for.

Cons

Need to be flexible with ability to travel and work long hours.
