Pros

The team in london are great. Sadly were all suffering with the same issues with toxic management

Cons

The management fails to cultivate an environment that encourages growth, leading to a decline in motivation among employees within 6 to 12 months due to ineffective leadership. Additionally, a specific member of the customer success team exhibits disrespectful behavior towards the rest of the team. When these concerns are raised, senior management tends to dismiss them, shifting blame onto the broader team. While the founders emphasize their commitment to developing internal talent to meet the companys needs, in practice, senior roles are often filled by external candidates.

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts. People are indeed our greatest asset and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed being a part of our London team. At Gain.pro, we believe that feedback is a gift and appreciate the time you took to share yours. We are very sorry to hear that your experience was not what we aim to give. We would like to assure you that respect and equality are on the top of our list. We have taken onboard your comments and aim to ensure that we tackle this internally to prevent this being the case again. We want all of our team to thrive in an environment where they feel safe and supported. Upward mobility and providing our team members with development opportunities is one of our key focus areas. While several of our team members get promoted and take on more and more senior roles (which we happily share on LinkedIn), we understand that it was not the case here and are sorry that you did not have a chance to advance your career at Gain.pro. We wish you all the best and sincerely appreciate your contribution!

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are glad to know that the time spent at Gain.pro provided you with a great learning environment. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the support you needed, especially within your first days at the company. Our onboarding process is designed to help our new joiners settle in their new roles - we always want to ensure that those joining us feel supported and try to ensure that you can start with the basics in order to settle in with the team with daily tasks, understanding our product and getting familiar with our guidelines and best practices. We realise that some of that can only be done through individual learning, but we do want to ensure that all of our Private Equity Intelligence Analysts receive regular feedback and can then go on to use their knowledge in practice and progress. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours and thank you for your work and contribution during your time at Gain.pro.
