Pros
They have benefits(health, dental and 401k) and start experienced travel agents at a decent rate --46K/Year they are across from the Ballpark in Arlington--also a CON :) but fun--they have fun events throughout the year.
Cons
They have had bad management and seemed like they expected you to flight monitor after hours for 12.00 an hour--which is BS!! you have to give updates every 30minutes--which is too much --they are immature --they just whole heartedly believe whatever any manager says--even though you have the whole department telling you the same thing---manager can just decide to not talk to you and that is apparently ok with the owners!!
