Pros
Strong and supportive team doing important work to conserve the Galapagos. Remote work when not traveling to Galapagos, flexible hours and great benefits. I am extremely happy at GC and grateful to be part of this team. Leadership does a fantastic job managing remote employees across multiple time zones.
Cons
Remote work can sometimes make communication difficult with colleagues, especially those in other time zones. However, leadership works hard to host regular check-ins and team meetings.

Great benefits, the team is committed to the organization's mission to protect and save galapagos. Great flexibility because of remote work.
Cons
Salary is good but could be better if traveling around due to remote work.
