Pros

Everyone really cares. People work hard but they are doing it for the scholars. I leave work every day knowing that I am making a difference.

Cons

It is a lot of work. My first year it was tough but as I really became adept at teaching things began to flow.

Pros

It was really nice working for Galapagos, good team. The research was interesting and we had a lot of advantages (salary, bonus, warrants etc.). The things changed a lot when the CEO changed.

Cons

Everything needed to be fast, so fast that the results in clinical studies were a mess. Because we went to fast when we should have taken the time to built something solid. The CEO changed and the strategy changed. It may be good for the company but not for employees. Now how is going, I really don't recommend.
