Pros

Galaxy.ai is one of those rare companies where innovation isn't just a buzzword — it's the daily reality. The platform is constantly evolving, and the team genuinely pushes boundaries in the AI and creative tech space. Leadership is forward-thinking and passionate about the product. The work culture encourages creativity, autonomy, and growth, making it an exciting place to be for anyone who wants to be at the cutting edge of AI-powered content creation. The team is collaborative, talented, and driven by a shared vision. Great opportunity to learn and develop skills in a fast-moving industry.

Cons

I will not say it as challenge but it like is keeping up with the exciting pace of growth — there's always something new to learn, a new feature launching, or a new milestone being hit. If you love being constantly inspired and pushed to be your best, this is actually a huge plus. It's the kind of place that makes you grow faster than you ever expected.

Pros

There are some genuinely good people here, and the pay is decent . That’s pretty much the only upside.

Cons

The way they give people hope about getting a job or internship is honestly messed up. For the first 10–15 days, they don’t clearly tell you whether you’ll be kept or not. You’re just left guessing. They organize a hackathon and say it’s only to see how much you know, and that there won’t be any eliminations , and based on the hackathons you will be given the Projects on which you will work upon . But week after week, you hear someone got terminated sometimes in 4 days, sometimes in a week, sometimes even after the internship is completed. The reason they usually give is that your project was “vibe coded,” which feels more like an excuse. What’s ironic is that they’re the ones who say “use Cursor extensively.” From what I’ve seen, the people who were selected and the people who were eliminated had almost the same level of code, so calling it vibe coding doesn’t really make sense.Even the approach is also same . They do pay according to the number of days you worked, but there’s a constant fear. Every day you come in not knowing if it might be your last. They’re never clear about what they actually want. Even as an SDE, I got terminated. I also saw many interns get terminated right in front of me. What makes it worse is that termination is communicated over WhatsApp. The explanations are vague, generic, and the same for everyone, which feels very unprofessional. If the hackathon was actually an elimination or judging criteria, they should have clearly told people upfront. Instead, it’s always described as just an assessment. My advice: don’t take a PG or flat until you get full confirmation that your hackathon is completed and you have the final job. Even then, there’s no guarantee you’ll last the full 6 months. Taking a PG is risky. I paid for one, and then got terminated randomly one day my rent was wasted. So yeah, think carefully before joining this company.
