Pros

No Pros at all. This place is not an IT company beware candidates who are going to this place for interview. They will waste your time specially the owner he conduct all the interviews and just ask you funny questions which actually he thinks are tricky.

Cons

Lots of things I want to share - 1. They call you for interview and present themselves as a MNC...lol. 2. All the interview conduct by there owner which is not bad but he ask you same questions million time. Whether you applied for seo or a development he ask you same question...HOW YOU WILL GENERATE LEADS...Seriously this place is pathetic. 3. If you want to enjoy there boss company then go ahead and waste your time.

No promotions; no gain

Pros

Flexible timings & It has an office in the US from where they get most of the projects.

Cons

- There are no promotions given in the company. Even if any promotions are done they are once in a blue moon & the previous post is kept vacant for years to let the junior post people know that they can be promoted, but the fact is they no one will fill that space ever. For Eg: Managers were promoted to director's post some time back and since then there are no managers in the company but just directors. - Politics runs throughout the company & junior level get suffered due to this. The company don't have a transparent process to speak, they do have introduction lunch session with new joinings of the company with the management where they can discuss their feedback about the company but the fact is that the senior management has themselves created a surrounding where it is useless to point any flaws against the organization. - They prefer in firing or making people quit fro job after few years because they believe that if an employee will go to another company they will learn new ideas & the after 2-3 years they will call them back. They have been doing this for ages & playing with people careers.

Galaxy Weblinks Response

Thanks for coming out with your feedback. I empathize with your feelings and I am deeply sorry that you feel stifled in your current role. Galaxy is growing across length and breadth, therefore this hierarchical outbreak is most likely just a phase that will pass. As organizations scale there comes a tipping point where existing processes cease to provide order. Most likely new policies and processes need to be put in place for the new scale of organizations. We at Galaxy are committed to employee growth because the company can never grow without its employees. We are also committed to creating a transparent culture, and to that end if you feel you want to share some of your feeling, please know that you always have someone you can talk to– anand@ananddamani.com.
