Maybe low salary is one of the disadvantage of this company also no heath assurance can be provided, more over u can not get promotions easly.

Cons

no proper increment or appraisal system, Appraisal system is a fiasco, people who perform will get more work not increments. Favorites,manipulators and showoffs corner the increments. If you value career growth move out after 2 years
