      Pros

      I loved working at Gallant Culture! It was a great challenging and learning experience. I really enjoyed working with everyone, it is an incredibly hard working, talented, and collaborative team. Gallant also offers a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Because it is such a small company there is not much room for organizational growth however, you yourself will experience challenges and growth at a professional and personal level. It was a great learning experience for me.
