Pros

3 free meals per day. The food is not too bad either.

Cons

1) The big boss, and love of the community, is terrible to work for and treats his employees terribly. 2) The hours - work life balance 3) Over 50% of the senior sales associates. Its sales, of course they want theirs, so not too many of them enjoy training the revolving door of people that come to work there. The turnover is unbelievable. Most don't make it 1 month. ** Too many others to list, but those are the top 3 and #1 is definitely the reason for 95% of the turnover.
