Pros

You can work from home. They hire so many employees they'll never notice when you take time off or if you even leave the company

Cons

They are not very honest when hiring. They told me I'd be at a 70% commission rate starting out. What they didn't tell me is that the elderly folks you're working with have to health qualify for the best plans in order to get 70%. They also don't tell you when you're starting out you have other people closing your business and you have to give them 50% of your commission. Now they say you can close your own deals, but they don't even show you how to put in an application to do it. I never once saw training on this. They claim there's free leads. These free leads are actually leads that you're buying that you only get for a month and then they yank them from you and give to other people as the free leads. They're hiring so many people there aren't enough of these so-called free leads to go around. So, most people buy leads. Good luck breaking even when you're sharing your commission 50%. Also chasing people around for their payments so that you don't get charged back for your commission isn't a lot of fun. You're dealing with people limited income that are likely to stop paying which means you have to pay back your commission. The training is completely unorganized. Like the worst organization of training I have ever seen. They had a new CEO take over and it's like he's starting from the bottom up so it looks like it's an older company but it's really running like a company that just started.
