Pros

Nice buildings that are clean. It will make you look successful on the surface

Cons

-Filthy politics -extreme nepotism -Bullying -sexist remarks against female employees -unpaid overtime X2 -Fake social media If you're not a matric pass relative or friend. no position or benefits for you. Nothing worthwhile for artists as they only work with Ai. Girls are regularly bullied and looked down on. Very creepy and rude uncles are leads who will body shame girls. Developers work all night. Horrible toxic govt school work environment. Everyone is miserable there. They make you think it's a good environment to work in on social media, it is all scripted. Random unqualified founder's relatives are telling everyone what to do and getting all the bonuses behind the scenes when average person is told the company can't afford to give increments. The leads are very badtameez and will yell at you in front of everyone over minor inconveniences or because they got bored. They even count how many minutes it took you in the bathroom. Most leads come at noon but employees are punished for being a few minutes late.
