Pros

Flexible schedule/hours Work fully from home Fantastic sense of community especially for a remote company! Great behavior management resources

Cons

Lacking actual teaching, curriculum, and education resources/support No paid lesson prep time (Though exceptions to this are possible, depending on the student if you speak to your supervisor) Expected to be active on Slack and respond to messages without being paid in most roles
