GameCloud Technologies teaches lot of things like decision making skills, leadership qualities, etc. this is very good company for fresher to start their career. Environment is friendly, very helpful. I learnt many technical tools which very helpful for me in the future and also those tools were never taught in any institute. this company implements all the ISO system. ISO implementation and customer feedback system of GameCloud creates huge pressure on employees on the front of performance.

Cons

Please try to understand the employees problem. (like leaves, etc.) apart from this, this company is very good for the fresher to start their career.

Salary is on Time. Good team members that help you, Top floor office. Cannot remember any other pros but could not submit the review if it does not have at least a 15 words hence this line as an explanation.

Cons

No growth opportunities, No paid leaves, No sick leaves, No compensations, Have to plan your holidays and check if they clash with other employee's holidays on the same shift as you, Uncomfortable indoor office seating and furniture. Uncomfortable air conditioning.
