Pros
Game Recruiter is wonderful to work with! They cultivate a fun yet professional atmosphere and care about their employees. Flexibility made it easy for me to work both in office and from home while still remaining in close contact with my colleagues. I also thoroughly enjoyed our group outings and luncheons!
Cons
Recruiting is a very competitive field but if you have the right mindset and follow their guidance you are sure to be successful.

Challenging work. Individual success. Meeting with people all over the world. Helping an industry before the LinkedIn and artist forums of the world. Assisting and guiding talented people throughout their carrer. Providing support and reassurance that although the video game industry is a hard place to thrive, gamerecruiter will find the right place for you. I worked directly with everyone in the company for 3+ years knowing that everyone was doing their best to find great people for some of the biggest game studios in the world
Cons
Success depends on the individual. Recruiting is not easy.
