      Pros

      Good opportunity to wear multiple hats but don't expect much mentorship or guidance.

      Cons

      No structure or mentorship. Stressful atmosphere most days.Yelling at employees in front of everyone and humiliating, talking behind back, backstabbing. Quite toxic atmosphere. Management seems to get a kick out of trying to humiliate people.

      Management is hard to reach sometimes because of how late my manager stays up. It has been getting better.
