The product idea itself has potential, and there are a few talented individuals on the team who genuinely try to do their best. Working in a startup environment can be a learning experience in fast-paced situations.
Cons
There is a serious lack of structure and clarity across management. Decision-making is often inconsistent, communication is poor, and expectations are frequently unclear or changed without notice. Employees are not given proper support, feedback, or job security. The environment feels stressful rather than collaborative, and accountability is often missing at leadership level.
