-Have trouble managing projects, they take on projects with short deadlines and expect the employees to work overtime without any meaningful overtime compensation. -Lack opportunities for self growth -They are unable to properly manage art and developer side, most of the time art side bottlenecking resulting in delay from developer side, often leading to overtime work.
