      - Management change everything every 6 months so no consistency - Layoff are frequent, sometimes for good reason, sometimes not - Hard to get a raise

      Good compensation compared to what is practiced in the market.

      Cons

      Worst work/life balance you will ever find and they will discard you if you don't agree with upper management. Forget about your own ideas. This is a lead by fear kind of company. Worst year of my life.
