Pros

CTO has great technical knowledge

Cons

Expected to stay late all the time. You are treated like a slave and there's no respect for employees. No work life balance. Less leaves and you have to inform them much earlier even for one day leave. Forget about long vacations and be prepared to work on weekends. High attrition rate and worst work culture. No benefits/perks. Please talk to current employees before joining. I have seen people leaving in few weeks/months. Please consider your decision and don't waste your time here.

Thanks for the feedback. Such feedback if given when you are with in the company would have helped. As a company, the management is always open to receive constructive feedback. As an employer, there is certain expectation from its employees on the deliveries, more so when you are hired in senior roles, even more so in a startup. If those deliveries can be made by working only few hours a day, we are more than happy. Infact at Gamooga, we donot impose any work timings. Only when the delivery deadlines (as a general policy, we let the employees set their deadlines and targets) are not met, its certainly called out to set the expectations right. However, as a general observation, if the candidate in senior role is measuring his work in terms of hours spent instead of the value/impact created, either the candidate is not enjoying the work he is doing and/or he is not capable of handling the responsibility assigned. At Gamooga, we certainly push you out of your comfort zone and put you into an excitement zone. Either you will love it and grow at 10x speed or hate it and get stressed out. Either way, we probably were expecting world class deliveries from couple of people which they were incapable of. We will make sure to set this right by orienting and offering direction as and when required and ofcourse by hiring people capable of world class delivery. Come, join us if you are one such person and be ready to create groundbreaking impact.

Pros

1) Great product lineup and potential which are at par with international offerings. So it means a great deal of learning and opportunities who seek to match up with international standards. 2) Being a young team, there is a lot of potential to make substantial contribution to the already growing company. 3) Passionate founders help you in every way to grow up in your role.

Cons

1) Lacks processes to deal with many recurrent issues. Hopefully they will be resolved as time passes and with more management personnel. 2) It is not for those who want a relaxed job. Offers great value for those who are willing to sweat it out.
