      Pros

      Immediate team / work colleagues are good to work with. Compensation & benefits are good (paid above industry average). Work life balance is good (able to work and meet personal commitments).

      Cons

      Political senior management (management is not good). Poor/unclear direction from manager(s) - a lot of unnecessary rework. Poor/slow career progression. Managers with experience in a particular field are managing other fields they have no idea about so you end up doing all the work for them with no recognition.
