      Pros

      Best part about ganit it’s the Team members and the opportunity to interact with clients directly. We get the oppotunty to talk to CXO of the company and tell them whats the best solutions that we can provide. I liked the solution-focused mindsets that drive quick learning.

      Cons

      We should have more remote connect session.

      Pros

      I enjoyed consistent support on work and deliverables from manager and teams. In my 1.6 yrs have worked in 2 projects and both were very tough clients. Still with the help of my PM and EM I was able to really sail through.

      Cons

      EM’s must consider the delivery team before they commit a delivery time.
