* Management care about their employees happiness and are proactive about this rather than reactive * Everyone is very friendly and welcoming * Relaxed atmosphere * Great central location in the town * Opinions are valued and expertise is trusted * Small team means you have the chance to make a real difference
Cons
* Equipment budgets are a little tight * Central CRM system (maintained by 3rd party) is old and often a pain to work with on occasion

- Very experienced, dedicated and friendly staff - Relaxed office environment - Great location with many cafe's & shops near by - Office has lots of natural light and big windows overlooking the town center. - Any complaints are heard and responded to quickly - Deadlines are based on the dev's opinion, not the person requesting it - Almost no overtime/weekends required - Competitive salaries
Cons
- Office & equipment is very tired - Poor cleanliness in kitchen / toilets - Limited lunch break facilities
