      Worst company in my career

      I had a very disappointing experience working with Gapbridge. Salary payments were consistently delayed, and even after resigning five months ago, I have still not received my final settlement and pending salary. Whenever I reached out to the Finance team or Finance head, I was repeatedly told to “connect tomorrow” or “next week,” but no action was ever taken. Despite multiple follow-ups and even sending a legal notice, the issue remains unresolved. I strongly advise future employees to verify the company’s payment and HR policies before joining. Timely salary and F&F payments are basic employee rights, and unfortunately, my experience with Gapbridge in this regard was extremely poor.

      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working with Gapbridge, a top-notch software solutions company. The HR team was exceptionally friendly and supportive, making my experience truly enjoyable. I'd like to extend special gratitude to Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Sudeep who was instrumental in assisting me with payroll-related matters and laptop support. His prompt and efficient support was greatly appreciated. Gapbridge's positive work environment and caring team made it an excellent place to work. I would welcome the chance to rejoin Gapbridge in the future, as my previous experience was truly enriching and I have fond memories of working with the team.
