It was good the first year I worked there but slid downhill after that

Hours are were reduced to less than half original hours and asked for more work in less time My last month they refused to pay my invoice hours of work which is illegal Invoices and pay cheques were always sent late or not at all Accountant writes wrong address on your pay cheques and sends out and this is your fault? Very toxic environment with management who will yell at you Emotional and physical well being will be at risk for cheap jewelery made in sweat shops Makers of cheap tacky out of fashion jewelry that breaks as soon as as you touch it, embarrassing to merchandise and represent product Outdated designed product Poor communication to staff and the management blaming you for their mistakes Constant management change over as toxic environment, I reported to about 10 different people while I was there No wage increase in 6 years Company has negative perception in retail environment in Canada So many negative stories about Garbo and nothing positive to say, can't believe they are in business
