Good people to work with. Discount on work. Growth in management Skills.
Cons
Work to much. No appreciation. Not enough staff. Pay can be incorrect or wrong. High turnover rate. Unrealistic expectations. Management only cares about themselves.

Working for Chris B. in the Honda parts department has been a pleasure! He is an excellent boss who cares about the growth and development of his team, as well as their well-being outside of the workplace.
Cons
Just like any other job, there are stressful days and sometimes issues with staffing. Not necessarily a con, just a factor of the job market right now
