Corporate leadership believe they can reinvent the wheel and create margins on paper that can never materialize in actuality. The top down mentality of executive management is killing the business

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. I thought the poor reviews on Glassdoor were probably just written by disgruntled employees (former or current), but gosh they were right. Corporate Management (all departments) is in serious need of a major clean up. Start from the top and work through lower levels - terrible attitudes, negative outlooks, change is not welcome here (keep your progressive or constructive ideas to yourself), questions not welcome, lack of camaraderie, lack of professionalism, lack of diversity. The turnover is crazy high here too - It would seem somewhere in the ballpark of 60-70% of those joining, leave fairly soon within a few months with a 2 years max (turnover is high for a reason *take the hint*). Looking for IT help? Don’t bother, there’s only about a handful for the whole US cash services company. Looking to get your HR questions answered? Don’t bother either, that department rarely responds unless they’re sent multiple emails (repeatedly). If you’re looking for career growth or a new company to really be prideful of - this is not the place. I repeat, this-is-not-the-place. Be sure to really ask all your prying questions during your interview because GardaWorld seems to be known for the ol bait and switch (confirmed when I spoke to other former and current employees).
