Pros

You get paid to dress well. Properties are beautiful. Company often does picnics for employees to hang out and be together. Company is well organized.

Cons

At times it can feel "clicky" with people on staff. Some of upper management can be rude. Lots of work for the pay they offer. As a leasing agent, it often feels repetitive of what you do, that was tough for me personally.
