Pros
The coworkers are very friendly and personable. They make working at Garden Fever a breeze. Sometimes business gets hectic and coworkers help to make sure everything gets done. The owners are amazing people who continue to find ways to make their business more efficient and profitable year after year.
Cons
There isn't a lot of room to move up in the company because it is a small operation. The store requires a lot of upkeep (green products) and monitoring the stock can be frustrating as there are thousands of products.
