      - Flexible working hours - Autonomy - Early stage, a lot of things happening, changing every day - Really diverse, respectful and inclusive work environment

      Cons

      - Four founders, which seems like a lot of decision-makers in such a small company but up until now it work perfectly

      Pros

      The people in general were amazing. A lot of room to grow. Very safe environment. Founders were extremely hard working which was very motivating to be around.

      Some bad brief hires on the executive level which changed the culture for a bit
