Pros

Only work here if you’re desperate for experience or fresh out of college with zero options. Otherwise, run.

Cons

The environment is toxic, management is terrible, and there is absolutely no work-life balance. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and constantly stressed. The owners clearly do not care about their employees and will do everything possible to cut costs and get the cheapest labor they can. There is little appreciation, poor communication, high turnover, and no real concern for employee well-being. People burn out fast here for a reason.
