Pros

Great people and a great learning environment. Family oriented. Department managers and those you work with regularly are great to work with.

Cons

Pay and benefits could be more competitive. Not a lot of room for growth depending on where you start.

some of the worst management i have seen. It seems like they don't want quailty people they just want cheap help and people that can take the blame for others mistakes

The constant bad mouthing by mangers to employees

Working for this company was one of the worst decisions I made in my life .They promise you the world and then break you. the hours I put in to help them from failing was not worth the aggravation and stress of a company that is mismanaged and not following all of the right specs and operations to making concrete if you actually want a job in concrete stay away from this place.
