      Understaffed and undermanaged

      Pros

      -Some really good hardworking people between sales and those on the manufacturing floor. -10/10 potlucks -Job security is there given the amount of hurricanes smashing Florida

      Cons

      -ICE raided some of the manufacturing plants and so other people are having to pick up the slack. -Low pay compared to other companies. -Senior leadership is a bunch of NEPO babies out of touch with reality.

      Great co-workers and direct managers. Opportunity to work on large public facing products.

      Cons

      Pay was not great for the work we did. Not so bad for a jr designer but at a more senior level with the valuation of the product there was a defect.
