      Good faculty in small classes, but weak leadership

      Small class sizes with many good faculty.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks doctoral degrees. Too many high paying positions without experience and knowledge in leadership but lots of experience in fraudulent numbers and reporting.

      Loved building student relationships. Campus community is very friendly and welcoming.

      Pay is below industry average. Micromanaging bosses. Nurture your team to embolden them to nurture their job.
