      Pros

      Have, good and supportive Human Resource managers.

      Cons

      The company’s culture is pathetic, no direction for employees, no work life balance and value for ethics. If your an engineer please don’t choose this company. The director, of operations is a college drop and doesn’t know anything about engineering. All the departments are messed up with zero compliance and standard procedures. The production management is extremely political with zero knowledge on operations.
