      Pros

      Extremely smart, mission-driven people at every level and every corner of the organization. Being part of a team that has a real shot at tangibly impacting healthcare in the US for the better is exciting and fulfilling. And it's a rapidly growing organization with a culture that favors talent and results over years of experience, so there's lot of room for career advancement if you are motivated.

      Cons

      The performance bar is high, the workload can be demanding at times, and things move very quickly. But on the flip side, for the same reasons, working at Garner is also very rewarding-- working in a place you are challenged means you get to constantly learn new things, see new things, and grow as a professional and an individual.

      Very mission-driven company with an exciting and ambitious mission. Lots of room for growth and fast development for people early in their career. You will work with very smart people and learn a lot fast. Also exciting to be part of a well-funded, high-growth company that is scaling very quickly.

      Growth startups are not for everyone. Garner is high-intensity and will push you hard.
