They win contracts bc they are the lowest bidder - Not sure if this is a positive.
Cons
- If you are ready for retirement, want to do minimum outdated work and cheat the government of the services that were promised to them, this is the place for you. - Worst work culture and high unethical behavior from managers including over billing government. - Cheat and fight employees on perks that they promise such as training reimbursements and PTO. - They HR department is just the owner of the company so there is absolutely no administrative support. - They are happy to screw the employee career, even its their fault.
