Pros
I took this job because I wanted to learn a new skill. The hours start at 5am and end at 330pm and sometimes Saturday they do an 8 hour day. 5am to 1:30. while I was there I saw a turnover rate that is moderately high. Which concerned me because I felt I didn't belong. I was in the sewing department which consists mostly of spanish speaking ladies.
Cons
I was being trained by a couple of them and there was certainly a language barrier. I do not speak spanish so I had no idea what was going on around me. They put me on an old sewing machine that kept jamming. I was excited to start but then quickly that was sucked away. They are good people there, i just didn't fit in.

Growing company with good benefits and a passion to be the best. Small enough to feel like you make an impact, yet growing so there is potential to move up.
Cons
Hard to find skilled workforce putting pressure for overtime. Hard to complete with larger employers on pay rate.
