      Job security as everyone else is so awful at their Job

      Cons

      Senior management, Bullying, Focussing on 1980s task . 1000s of calls , leaflets etc . Sales hate Lettings . Lettings avoid sales . Movement of goal posts constantly . Abit more bullying. Poor opinion of minorities . Terrible offices and facilities . Poor pension. No healthcare. Tiny bit more bullying with some belittling if there is time. Pay. Computers are ancient and systems often ( daily) crash . Company cars insist on heavy diesels so ruin the planet and cost you a fortune on tax . Senior management do everything to try and destroy people

      None this was the worst pleade I’ve ever worked due to the high yet management

      They manipulate everything to suit there agenda. The expectation of called canvassing and viewing is unrealistic! I was based is south west London under John Camran and it was the worst year of my life have a breakdown due to this. Never work there
