      Terrible Management Ruined Amazing Employees

      Pros

      Colleagues were great to work with until management ruined morale.

      Cons

      CEO is short tempered and impulsive. Management is afraid to challenge CEO making them useless. Poor communication and no transparency between management and employees. Therapy will be needed to cope with stress.

      Lots of wasted time, empty promises

      Strange place, watch out. Seasoned producers brought in and given the boot so Gaspar can keep the money. Most good staff left, new employees inexperienced and ill equipped Agency acts like a personal propaganda machine for CEO and his ego

      The Team (most of which left in the last 1-2 years) were great. Family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management Team & CEO can make things challenging. Making a mistake can garner an angry email that has a bad impact on a person’s morale. Not a lot of processes in place.
