Coworkers are easy to get along with. Shop employees put out a quality product.
Cons
This company is running an add for and estimator & project manager which they claim is due to growth. In reality they had a great estimator and project manager and got rid of both of them. Compensation is low compared to other companies of same size & industry. Inexperienced management running the company. How a person with no technical background can move from sweeping the floor to running the company in a very short period is beyond me. Owner of company is micromanaging every chance he gets. Constantly being watched while trying to perform duties. Lack of consistency or direction. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to how the orders come in, or if they are even followed up on. Inconsistent man-hour rates. No time studies are performed.
